Executive Committee

The Executive Committee shall consist of a President, three Vice-Presidents,
the Chairman of the Technical Committee, and the Chairman of the Regatta
Committee.
The President and Vice-Presidents shall be elected at an Annual General
Meeting (Article 13) in alternate years........" (article 7 of the Articles of Association).
