Secretariat Transition and Organisational Review

Dear IODA Members,

The IODA Executive Committee would like to inform you that Antonio González de la Madrid will be concluding his role as Secretary General. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for his dedication and contribution to the Optimist class during his time in this role.

This transition comes as the Executive Committee is reviewing the structure of the IODA Secretariat. As part of this process, a new organisational model is being developed, and updated roles will be announced in the near future. The recruitment process for the Secretariat positions will be initiated shortly.

We thank Antonio for his service to IODA and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
