Optimus Coach Development Clinic in Panama

We are looking for a dynamic and committed coach to run our first Level 1 Coach Clinic as part of the Coaches Development Program 

Location: Panama  

Dates: 1st to 5th April 2024  

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience as a sailing coach.

Excellent communication skills.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.

Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate the Level 1 Coach Clinic sessions.

Provide guidance and support to participants.

Adapt coaching techniques to suit individual needs.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
