IODA Welcomes New Secretary General

The International Optimist Dinghy Association (IODA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Antonio González de la Madrid (ESP) as the new Secretary General. After a rigorous selection process, Antonio has been appointed by the Executive Committee to lead IODA into the future. With his vast experience in sport administration and international relations after eight years working at World Sailing , we are confident that Antonio will continue to develop and grow the sport of youth sailing around the world.
