2023 Worlds NOR is Posted

The Notice of Race for the 2023 Optimist World Championship taking place in Costa Brava, Spain from June 15-25th, has been posted on the Event Microsite.

Make sure your read the NOR thoroughly as it contains all the information you need to register your team.

The event Microsite can be found here. It will be the place to go to find out about the venue, as well as travel and accommodation information. 

Registration will open soon. Check the Microsite home page regularly to find out when it opens.

All IODA Members have recently been sent their username and a new 2023 Password to be used for the Online Registration System for all our IODA Championships. Please note that the 2022 Passwords from last year will not work.

Mark your calendars - the first entry deadline is February 15^th. So, hurry to register your team. You don’t want to miss it!

We welcome all our members to attend the 2023 Optimist World Championship as together we will celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Championship as well as the 50th Anniversary of the Optimist becoming an International Class!

The organizers are planning for the Optimist world to come to Costa Brava, Spain to celebrate these two significant milestones!
