2022 IODA Handbook Published

The  Executive Proposals regarding the IODA Articles and Championship Conditions that were approved at the 2021 AGM on July 7^th in Riva del Garda, ITA have been added to the Handbook for the 2022 Edition.  All changes are in red type.
