The 2021 Optimist European Championship will be taking place in El Puerto Santa Maria, ESP from June 20 to 27th

Remember that to register for an IODA Championship in 2021, you require a 2021 Password. The Passwords have all been sent to the official contact person with IODA. If you have not received a password, please contact Fiona Kidd @ sec_gen@optiworld.org.
There has been a change in the onshore venue that was confirmed at the 2020 AGM. To better accommodate the requirements of the IODA Championship ashore - in particular the launching ramp area - the Organizers proposed to move the shore venue from the Real Club Nautico to the Puerto Sherry, also located in the town of El Puerto Santa Maria. The launching area is extensive and the onshore facilities are very suitable for the IODA Championship.
The request to move the on-shore venue has been approved by the IODA Executive.
