2016 AGM

NOTICE TO MEMBERS

The 2016 IODA Annual General Meeting is taking place on Thursday, June 30 and Friday, July 1^st (if required) during the 2016 Optimist World Sailing and Team Racing Championships in Villamoura, Portugal.

As per IODA Article 13, the AGENDA and supporting papers for the AGM are posted below.

3. PROGRAMME SCHEDULE
4. PROPOSALS (posted on March 15)

Due to the change at the Secretariat Office and change with our Auditor, the 2015 Audited Statements are not complete and will be posted in a few weeks.  

In accordance with Article 13(h), the name of your official representative, their proxy (if any), substitute, (if any) shall be received by the Secretariat or delivered to the Executive Committee in writing no later than 1700 hrs on 26 June, 2016, 4 days prior to the opening of the Annual General Meeting.  If you cannot attend the AGM, we encourage you to use your Proxy Form so that your vote will count at the meeting.

The IODA Party will be taking place on Monday, June 27^th between 1930 and 2130.
