In the Registration & Measurement Book which came with your Optimist you will find Measurement Records for all equipment which should be completed and signed by an officially approved measurer.
If you change your equipment the new equipment must also be measured and a NEW Measurement Record completed and signed by an officially approved measurer.
Replacement Measurement Records can be downloaded from the internet as follows:
