Garda
The Easter Meeting at Riva del Garda, blessed by great weather this year, ended with a final race on Sunday.
With the first prize already in the hands of Davide Bianchini from Saló at the other end of the lake, 2005 European champion Jes Lyhne Bonde (DEN) managed a win in that race to give him silver ahead of Jens Marten (GER), Ruggero Tita (ITA) and world champion Julian Autenrieth (GER).
Among the interesting results lower down the scoresheet were the 41st of the Mathieu Bouchet of Monaco, in training for the Games of the Small European Nations and the 69th of Wassim Ziani (ALG) in the build-up to the All African Games.
The Under-13 group was won by Alex Kavas, two of whose brothers represented Greece last year.
